The City of Venice
is best known for being "The Sharks Tooth Capital of the World".
However, what people remember most after a visit to Venice are the
clean beaches, friendly folks and small town charm that the
community provides.
Set along the Gulf of Mexico, the homes of Venice surround
the main street shops along Venice Avenue. These shops and
open air restaurants retain the feel of a slower pace of
life, allowing visitors and locals to browse, mingle and
enjoy a peaceful day.
Of course, if this still is too much activity, or too little,
the Gulf of Mexico is only a couple blocks away. There you can
find an umbrella in the sand, a pier to go fishing, or the warm
waters to relax in.
If boating or golfing is an interest, Venice has ample
opportunites for each of these. With warm temperatures year
round, practically any day can be a golf or boating day.
